I mentioned this project in a Development Watch List way back in February. We finally have a few more details that have come out. Previously it was submitted as a 124-unit project, but it looks as though they have increased the units to 130.
One of the buildings is supposed to face the Durham Freeway, which I can't imagine is the most pleasant, but architects are creative these days and may come up with a great design for the site.
