Big thank you to @NinthStreetWatch for bringing this one to my attention. I may have overlooked it because there is also a "Cole Mill Hotel" planned just a little further down Hillsborough. Not to mention that there are many other hotels along this strip. If anyone knows about the state of hospitality demand in Durham, I'd be interested to learn more, because it seems pretty wacky!
