This seems like a group of young, smart engineers coming together as a development company. They seem to be interested in mixed use and avoiding cookie-cutter development aesthetics, which is great. This development seems disconnected from the fabric of the city, though. As this developer grows and evolves, I would love to see them incorporate a little more Jane Jacobs.
There was one quote from the CEO that stood out: "We aim for our projects to not only be highly profitable, but to also transform the landscape of our cities and enrich the lives of our customers". On the surface, this sounds like the mindset of an engineer, but we will have to wait and see how it plays out.
