Quick Hits: Music Venue, Bullhouse Sale, and Self Storage

This Quick Hits post features three tidbits:
"He's working on building an outdoor music venue with plans to transform a warehouse he bought near Ponysaurus Brewing. There, he said, he will open a second Nanataco, one of his fast-casual concepts, and two other concepts."
The area around Ponysaurus could look quite a bit different in a few years.
"A self storage project is going up on the northeast corner of HWY 55 and Cornwallis."
I am not a huge fan of self storage facilities. Developers like them because they are cheap to develop and to run. They are a quick way to make a buck. I just wish there wasn't such a demand for them.

Bullhouse Apartments Sale
Lantower Residential purchased Bullhouse Apartments at 504 East Pettigrew St for $76.25 million. This sale follows a similar trajectory to Liberty Warehouse apartments. However Lantower contacted the developer before the building went on the market and made the deal.More Self Storage
