David says that he wants to renovate inside and out, but also "preserve everything that’s cool about the building". The building currently is home to Parker and Otis (a really fun store and breakfast/lunch place). David plans to keep the tenants in place for now, but it's safe to assume he is interested in generating more cashflow once renovations are complete. Another small, but interesting project in the area to go along with the new residential buildings nearby!
