Quick Hits: 802 Washington St

I have been thinking about how best to communicate news and updates on the blog. I have decided to experiment with extremely short posts, as the news becomes available. I'm sticking to the regular schedule for longer posts. I would love any feedback about this approach. This first "Quick Hits" post is a few days old, but in the future, I will work to get these out as fast as possible.

DPAC is proof in Durham that architectural beauty can exist outside of just historic buildings. Philip Szostak designed DPAC and is now working on this much smaller condo building. I am hopeful that as the project progresses, it will visually make sense for the area. It would be located across from Blue Note Grill, the old ballpark, and that really cool, old elevated train track.

The area has a lot of great character already. Let's hope this adds to it.
