It was only a matter of time before a large residential building was planned for the Durham Innovation District. Although this is "more luxury housing" for Durham, it seems to be appropriately matched to the employment that will be located in Durham.ID. I do like the fact that there will be new retail at the ground level. However, I do wish that some of these new luxury apartments would at least LOOK a little different from each other.
